To request an exchange, please contact us via DM or email within 7 days of receiving your order.

We do not offer refunds to the original payment method.

For hygiene reasons, items without protective stickers cannot be returned or exchanged.

Exchanges are subject to availability.
If your size is unavailable, you may choose another item or receive store credit.

Items must be:
– Unworn and unused
– In original condition
– With all tags attached
– With hygiene protection intact
