We do not offer refunds to the original payment method.
For hygiene reasons, items without protective stickers cannot be returned or exchanged.
Exchanges are subject to availability.
If your size is unavailable, you may choose another item or receive store credit.
We offer exchanges or store credit within 14 days of delivery.
Items must be:
– Unworn and unused
– In original condition
– With all tags attached
– With hygiene protection intact
